Project : EPC Standby service contract for Clean Fuel Project
1)Prepare baseline schedule with Manpower & Equipment Histogram, S Curve and PMS for Work orders issued
2)Prepare and submit daily, Weekly & Monthly progress report to client

Preparing baseline schedule for shutdown maintenance, Plant revamp (Furnace rebuild& utility revamp), Plant expansion (Construction of new Furnace) and associated works.
• Follow up Project activities and update the progress, highlight major hold up & areas of concern with action plan and look ahead.
• Identify & Plan the resources for different activities; Leveling the resource to avoid over allocation
• Participate in the progress and technical discussions and coordinate with the project manager to find the solution of the project problems.
• Conducting weekly internal review meeting with department engineers and subcontractors to discuss the Project Progress.
• Evaluate project schedule progress and performance and identify developing problem areas.

Review & analysis of Contract documents for each Construction Package.
• Follow up the construction of works and submit the updated schedule to the client
• Preparation & submission of Progress Reports/Charts and submitting to the Department Heads.
• Participate in the internal review meeting to discuss the work progress, and the construction difficulties if any.
• Preparation of Extension of time & concurrent delay claims.
• Design and develop project schedule.
• Identifying critical paths & advising project manager for corrective actions.
• Preparing weekly and monthly progress & look ahead programs.
• Preparing schedule updates all over the project’s life cycle.
• Resources, manpower and cash flow updating.

Nowiran/Saudi Arabian Chevron.
2. NLTF KNPC MAA, Blasting and Painting of onshore Piping Spools, Client: GS E&C /KNPC
3. Electro mechanical works and equipment’s erection contract for 15 MT used lubricating refining plant, Client: Kuwait Lube oil Company

Preparation & submission of Progress Reports and submitting to the Department Heads.
• Scheduling programs and updating on weekly and monthly basis.
• Resource planning including labor & non labor (Machinery) as per project scope using productivity norms.
• Cost loading and monitoring the cash flow & project progress.
• Follow up the construction works and update schedule.
• Conducted site progress review meetings for monitoring of project identifying problems related to work progress & highlighting of the same.

Coordinate the site activities with client & consultants for various issues at site regarding work progress & for issues impacting activities on the critical path.
