 Monitor completion of site surveys inclusive of full site measure and dilapidation reports
 Preparing tender, construction, as-built & shop drawings for architectural and interior design
drawings
 Come up with suggestions to enhance the events success
 Monitor compliance with production schedules and cost control
 Control movements of all products for installation
 Assist projects administrator with pricing of all in house variations within the time required by
the contract
 Lead promotional activities for the events
 Liaise with clients regarding outstanding debts, retention releases and bank guarantee releases
 Approve all aspects before the day of event
 Monitor and report the project cost, Margin estimates and subcontractor negotiations
 Work within timely schedules to coordinate the completion of tasks through to final project
completion
 Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related
documents
 Identifies labor, material, and time requirements by studying proposals, blueprints,
specifications, and related documents.
 Computes costs by analyzing labor, material, and time requirements.
 Complete the risk assessments of project and report to management
