• Detailed review of contractual documents (PO, drawings, data sheets, & specifications) of spare parts data packages for Saudi Aramco procured equipment contractors to meet Saudi Aramco QA/QC standards.
• Co-ordinate with vendors, Saudi Aramco project management, & manufacturers in order to satisfy cataloging standards.
• Lead a team of engineers through assuring the quality of their submittals.
• Juggling multiple projects and providing timely status reporting.
• Entering spare parts data information into Saudi Aramco’s ERP system (SAP).

Daily inspections and monitoring the work of contractors.

• Coordinating with PMO about the status of the project and discussing about the future structural work of the project.

• Making weekly reports about the status of the work and NCR’s issued with brief explanation to the PMO and the client.

• Participating in the weekly and structural meetings to explain the status of the project and the fortune of the project to the client.

• Making monthly reports about the status of the project with the month to month breakdown of RFI received and the NCR’s issued in the project.

• Coordinating with contractors and monitoring the work of the Contractors and subcontractors.

• Witnessing the tests of the third party and making full report with brief Explanation to the PMO and the client.

• Coordinating with contractors for the better results and monitoring them with their work while using the fine standard quality of materials using in the projects as per BOQ and specifications.

• Inspecting the materials and witnessing the test of the materials using in the project as per B.O.Q to eradicate the violations of the project specifications.

• Maintaining the files for the material submittals as there will be no misuse of the materials in the project and making reports to the Client.

• Assisting the Project Manager in the meetings and hand over programs with complete related documents.
