 Establish and maintain professional client relationship to support project delivery and client satisfaction.
 Prepare reports to General Manager, Group Commercial Director, Finance Director and Executive Directors.
 Arranging all relevant Bonds & Insurances according to the contract and ensuring the cancellation of bonds in time.
 Dealing with various Clients for the cash recovery of the business.
 Prepare and agree final accounts for various projects.
 Prepare the payment applications (Monthly Statement) for the projects and agree with Project Management Consultant (PMC) and the Client.
 Prepare, submit, negotiate and agree the Variations & Claims with PMC and Client.
 Monitor the Contract Variations and manage all change order process.
 Negotiate and settle any disputed works with consultant and prepare a reconciliation statement for management purpose.
 Ensuring contractual notices and contract entitlements are properly administered.
 Representing the company in commercial review meetings and attend progress review meetings with Client and other organizations.
 Advise to the management on selection of procurement strategy and administration of the sub-contracts.
 Prepare tender documents for subcontracts, carry out the tender analysis and prepare subcontract agreements or work orders.
 Evaluate subcontractor payment applications and prepare subcontractor Payment Certificates.
 Review, negotiate and agree the subcontractor’s claims and variations.
 Establish and maintain work breakdown structures (WBS) and establishing and updating the project budget.
 Monitor on-going project costs to ensure consistency with approved budget level.
 Highlights cost overruns or savings, investigate the reasons and recommends corrective actions to project manager, commercial manager and senior management.
 Prepare and monitor project cash flow forecast, actual incoming and outgoing.
 Prepare work in progress projection reports as forecast for company turnover and value reconciliation.
 Indicate anticipated final income, cost for completion and profit of the projects based on the budget base framework.
 Participate in Value Engineering exercises and project Risk Management workshops.
 Coordinate with procurement team to ensure the delivery of materials according to the programme.
 Ensure to maintain all contemporary records for the projects.

 Evaluate and agree monthly interim valuation with contractors and prepare payment Certificate.

 Monitoring actual progress against baseline programme of the project
 Ensuring the placing of all relevant Bonds & Insurances according to the contract.
 Prepare yearly budget and cash flow and monitor budget and cost for the project.
 Analysing outcomes of the project and writing detailed progress and financial reports.
 Advice project team on cost effective and value-added improvement works.
 Attend the progress review meeting with contractor and others.

 Quantity takeoff for each structures and reconcile with BOQ quantity.
 Prepare the material and reinforcement bar schedules.
 Preparation of BOQ for sub-contractors.
 Monitor the actual and BOQ unit cost for every item.
 Prepare the Interim Payment applications.
 Prepare variations of the project.
 Coordinate with labour subcontractor and material suppliers.
 Evaluate and certify the subcontractor Payments.
 Negotiation and settlement on disputed works with consultants
 Attending progress review meeting with Subcontractor’s, Consultant and Client.
 Supervise the construction activities of the project.
