ARCHITECTURAL & MASTER PLANNING - Preparing Drafting and assist design in various master plan, roads/highways & environmental projects. Drafting and maintaining the master plan of various Land projects. Preparing Earth works / Grading / Cut & Fill calculations of the whole master pla and gate levels of individual plots using AutoCAD. Preparing and updating survey / topographic plan, cross sections in various infrastructure projects as per latest gathered data in field.
WATER - Preparing Storm Water, Sewer, Potable Water & Irrigation layout drawings, House connection and manhole details. Preparations of combined Drawings combined Ducts, all types of manhole and chambers. Responsible in preparations of design drawings for high pressure water lines, pipe line profiles, pipe flange connection details, welded connection details, thrust block details etc.
PUMPING STATION - Preparation of all types of pumping station detailed drawings.
ELECTRICAL- Preparing HV & LV layout drawings, prepare drawings for all types of single line diagram, electrical ducts drawings and substation drawings.
All drawings preparing as per Al Ain, Abu Dhabi and Dubai Municipality and town planning standards, Preparation of as-built drawings in Micro Station.
• Preparing Asbuilt drawings in CMW CADD Standard & GIS Standerd
• Preparing presentation drawings in AutoCAD and Photoshop
• Preparing drawings for municipality approval
