Managing the Stores & Inventory Department of all the group companies under Tanseeq Investment Group Which has a wide range of activity such as Landscaping, Nurseries, Manufacturing, FM and Trading entities.
• Responsible for stores and logistics departments in Mussafah, Al Quoz and Doha.
• Re-organized the functions and set up SOP for the warehousing staff.
• Set up/demobilize the site stores and central warehouses as and when required.
• Classification/categorization/coding of stores.
• Plan and execute the physical inventory and cycle counting.
• Report designing, perform various analyses and take appropriate decisions.
• Set up/review the Minimum/RO level of stock items.
• Identify slow moving items and advise the production team for its utilization.
• Identify obsolete items and propose for its disposal.
• Conduct training sessions for the subordinates.
• Implement HSE norms in the warehouses.
• Verification of tools’ inventory and attach to ERP.
• Suggested the ERP requirements to effectively manage the tools’ inventory.
• Recruiting staffs & workers as and when required.
• Redefining the job descriptions for logistics staffs.
• Revision and amendment of logistics procedures are under process.
• Implementation of car diary is under consideration.
• Enhancing usage of ERP for logistics is under discussion.
• Ensure sustainability in standards /achievements.
