Overall duties and responsibilities on work site:
•Assisting the Site HSE Manager to ensure the Company policy and Client regulations are fully implemented.
•Improving HSE awareness among all employees using standard training aids such as poster, films, and handouts etc.
•Delivering Induction to new employees, Preparing Weekly HSE statistics report.
•Participating in weekly HSE meetings and formal worksite inspections with site-based employees.
•Performing Risk Assessment for every activity and preparing Job Safety Analysis
•Ensuring that all people are aware about site emergency procedure
•Monitor the presence of Hole watch for Confined space entry and fire watch for hot work
•Ensuring that PPE is adequate & appropriate; discussing unsafe acts & conditions, safety observations with the captain to increase safety awareness and improve safety practices
•To inspect all relevant files, forms and registers required to be kept at sites to ensure that the routine tests and inspections required by safety plan have duly been carried out and the results are properly recorded.
•Conducting waste management inspection according to the Company and Client standards and segregation of waste.
•Monitor the inspection of lifting gears tools, tackle and other lifting tools
•Assist & ensure the proper responds of people during emergencies.
•Audit Site PTW and relevant documents prior to start the job.
•Monitor and assist site PTW supervisor while taking pre Task meeting.

• Conduct investigations on Accidents / Incidents / Near Misses and report to the management.
•Overall responsible for the Health, Safety and Environmental management system for the project.
•Responsibility includes, daily safety walk, conducting toolbox talk, carry out risk assessment, administer job freeze audits, coordinating and administering relevant training requirements for operatives, etc.
•Direct Supervision on permit to Hot Work, Unloading, Bundle Scaffolding, Heavy Lifting, Painting etc preparing risk assessment for specific task.
•To conduct daily safety toolbox meeting and give new topics on safety rules and regulation.
•To check all work permit, be sure that all manpower start work with validity permit, check if they need fire watch, hole watch or standby man, entry attendant.
•Prepare daily weekly activities report.
•Inspection of all tools, equipment’s and put monthly code if needed.
•Check all PPE’s monitoring the area if materials needed are available.
•Reminding all workers that the safety in the best policy and to target zero accident.
•Ensure all equipment’s used to be grounded prevent static shock.
•Prepare daily weekly activities report.
•Prepare injury reports, maintain required record keeping system and provide adequate documentation on occupational monitoring activities.
