I was material to the institution and creation of our CRM system.
I have authored the articles in our website and in our marketing materials.
Writing is my passion, and to date, I remain an editor to the press releases of our Managing Director in various publications i.e. that of The National, Property Weekly etc.
I have established contacts valuable to the company and continue to grow the same through the staff.

IV. RETAIL SHOPS
I have opened the retail shops of management, namely: On The Run and Subway 51304 (Metro Station)
Amongst the things done to establish the shop are as follows:
• Hiring of the staff
• Establishment of suppliers and linkages with them.
• Overseeing of the administrative aspect of the shop
• Continuous creation of marketing schemes to increase the sales.
• Conceptualization of events and promotional activities for clients to ascertain achievement of sales and marketing goals i.e. marketing collaterals, events etc.
• Planning & coordination with clients, suppliers and the team for actual implementation
• Preparation of media plans for the client based on budgets
• Copywriting, proofreading and editing of newsletters and website content
• Creation of taglines for clients
• Facilitation of accounts through the keeping of proper records
• Issuance of quotes and invoices
• Conceptualization, implementation and supervision of promotional activities and events for the branch
• Direct coordination with head office for the approval of media plans based on approved budgets
• Coordination with media companies for the release of advertisements, and suppliers for events
• Monitoring and analysis of sales results after promotions
Liaison with local government officials of different localities for them to patronize the school for the upgrading of local officials’ computer skills
• Managed a group of sales people, and ensured that the group was able to hit targets
• Conceptualized promotional activities for the paper to increase in readership and circulation
• Established 'Baguio Classifieds' paper containing only classified ads based on the observation that most people buy weekly papers on the basis of opportunities gained

My course is founded on using communication as a tool and as a means to help underdeveloped countries prosper. I therefore chose to write a thesis that could help the future workforce of my country. It was focused on enhancing the Educational system in the Philippines. Through which, I have urged the authorities to increase the qualifications and requirements of aspiring teachers/educators in the Philippines in order to produce 'quality' students.
