To identify sales leads, pitch goods or services to new and existing clients and maintain a good working relationship.
Requires a proactive approach with high attention to detail in order to manage client logistics. Responsible for effective communication with clients in order to satisfy their needs and resolve any client requirements.
Rent, buy, or sell property for clients. Perform duties, such as study property listings, interview prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale, and draw up real estate contracts. Includes agents who represent buyer.
Play a key role to exceed sales targets and maintain profitability. Responsible for maintaining relationships with existing client portfolio and as the lead generator for winning profitable new clients. Highlighting the facilities as optimum for business events of all kinds. Market the property to help clients make informed decisions on the purchase of blocks of rooms and production of special events.
Responsible for supporting the Branch Manager, Accounts Department and Human Resources with all required administrative duties in support of the Business Operations.
Responsible for supporting the Group Director of Sales and Marketing relating to their Marketing Strategy. Provided full administrative support and reporting to the internal Sales Team, other Departments and External Clients.
