Coordinating the job involves assessing material, labor and equipment required and analyzing
different quotes from sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Work from a Bill of Quantities or just a set of drawing from the client.
• make Inspection/Survey on Site.
• Estimating Quantities Surveyor of the materials
• Consult with vendors and formulate estimates and resolves issues.
• Sending Tender queries required for pricing
• Confer with Engineers, Architects, Contractors and Sub-Contractors on changes and adjustments to
cost estimates.
• Maintain Cost Data base by entering and backing up data.
• Preparing and Arranging samples for the Approval of the client.
• Helping with Auto CAD works, Detailing such as shop drawing and As-built Drawing.
