Responsibilities Included:
• Facilitating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for young children, focusing on their social emotional, and cognitive development.
• Designing and implementing developmentally appropriate curriculum activities and lesson plans that align with the educational goals and standards for pre - school students.
• Communicating regularly with parents or guardians to provide updates on students' progress, discuss any concerns or challenges, and collaborate on strategies to support learning at home.
• Establishing and maintaining a positive and organized learning environment that promotes engagement, collaboration, and active participation among students.
• Assessing student progress through observation, informal assessments, and formal evaluations, and using data to inform instructional decisions and support student growth.
• Fostering the social and emotional development of students by promoting positive relationships, teaching conflict resolution skills, and providing a supportive and nurturing classroom environment.
• Facilitating the development of early literacy and numeracy skills through activities such as reading aloud, interactive storytelling, phonics instruction, and hands-on math activities.
