o Perform Secretarial duties such as drafting and preparing various correspondences, business letters and memorandum circulars, Reports and files control.

o Arrange various training programs consisting of Internal & External in coordination with Training coordinators and course instructors.

o Receives calls from employees with complaints or problems, evaluates the problems and attempts to resolve them or to direct the people to appropriate offices.

o Prepare schedule of the Manager’s meetings, appointments, trainings seminars etc.

o Write down the proceedings/minutes of meeting.

o Arrange and consolidate daily report and document for Manager’s check

o Issuing administrative memos/notices to post in bulletin boards upon implementation of new regulations and other matters

o Communicate with all board members and arrange for board meetings and travel arrangement.


o Check the records of the daily issue, Transfer voucher, Repair Service Order etc.

o Proper inventory of maintenance stores at the end of the each month


o Prepare Payroll Sheets of the staff, correspondence about Company matters

o Maintaining filing system and database of company documents
