Job Profile :
•Independently handling all accounts works such as posting daily transactions, Preparation of Financial statements using accounting package Tally.
•Preparation of Debit/Credit Notes, Cheques, Bank correspondence
•Maintaining Cash Ledger for day to day administrative expenses.
•Cross verification of invoices with agreed quotations
•Preparation of Bank Transfers and Cheques for the settlement of invoices
•Assisting in the preparation of Bill of Quantities for tender submission and price variation of Contract.
•Perform other required administrative/accounting duties.
•Maintaining and keeping a systematic filing for easy retrieval of information needed.
•Prepare profit and loss statements and yearly closing
Job Profile
•Autonomously handled all accounts works such as posting daily transactions, Preparation of Financial statements using accounting package Tally.
•Prepares, reviews, , revenue, expense, and related correcting entries and prepare bank reconciliations
•Maintaining & keeping systematic filing for easy retrieval of information needed
•Perform other required administrative & accounting duties
•Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
•Resolve accounting discrepancies.
