Taking physical inventories of stock and reconciling variances.
Managing a team of over 30 plus employees
Managing a fleet of distribution trucks.
Organizing the loading and unloading of trucks and trailers.
Maintaining accurate staff attendance records.
Supervision of In -coming and outgoing stocks into the Warehouse.
Visual inspection of stock recd for damages and raising
Responsible for maintaining complete records, BIN entries for stock inward.
Proper storing as per stacking norms & Following FIFO
Developing and implementing SOPs for the warehouse
Space management
Timely MIS relating to Logistics. (Daily, Weekly & Monthly Reports )
Warehouse maintenance and cleaning

purchase journal preparation
sales journal preparation
bank statement preparation
day book maintaining
inventory control
preparing various financial reports for clients and creditors

accounts related work such as payment receipt of accounts preparation of payroll and wage sheet. bank reconcilation
