1. Payroll Administration: - Responsible for the complete payroll cycle around 1500 employees in all level, Updating new joiner details with salary break-up, creating Personal number, title changes, attendance (TAMS Attendance Machine), finalizing and sending to the respective banks and GL posting payroll data though SAP system
2. Exit Process: - Entire Exit process from resignation/termination to full and final settlement dues payment and transfer of residency in coordination with Administration department. Keeping a full record of the Exit Employees.
3. Disciplinary Action: -Receiving Disciplinary action request from Head of departments and preparing the warning/suspension / salary deduction letter based on the Ministry Disciplinary Action Matrix. Getting the letters signed by the employee in presence of the Head of department. Handling sensitive issues & consulting the legal advisor of the company & Head HR on such issues before taking appropriate action.
4. Leave & Attendance Management: - Responsible for all types of leave as per Kuwait Labour Law and as per company policy and also responsible for the fingerprint attendance tracking for all employees.
5. HR Reports: - Responsible to make weekly and monthly report and submit it to management. There are deferent report like Head count, wage type, Head count changes, new hire list, separation, overtime, pay register, GL posting report etc. In addition to this any HR related report management required also to be prepared.
6. Employee Relations: - Resolving queries from all levels of employees & guiding department Heads on policies, processes, functional operations & all HR issues.
7. Certificate: - Preparing all types of letters and certificates upon request from employee.

Processing salary with help of HRMS software (Also prepare manual payroll by using Micro Soft Excel). Preparing all types of HR reports.
5. Leave and Attendance Management: Maintaining the Leave records of all live employees in the HRMS/ MS Excel tracker and updating it on a daily basis. Informing the employees about their leave balance as and when needed.
6. Exit Process & Settlement of Dues: Handled the entire exit process from resignation/ termination to settlement of dues. Preparing Full and Final Settlement statement and sending it to accounts dept. for payment. Issuing of Experience / Relieving letter to the leavers. Intimating Support departments. on the exit of the employees for their further action.
7. Employee Record Filing and Tracking : Making proper employee filing and company documents filing with proper tracking of all expiries.( Residency, Passport, Health Card, company licenses, Vehicle documents etc)
