• Installation & support of Microsoft Dynamics D365
• Configuring, Maintaining routers
• IP management through DHCP Server. Configuring Address Pools, IP address Reservation and resolving IP Conflicts.
• Installing and troubleshooting printers, scanners and CCTV Camera, DVR/NVR
• Managing and maintaining VPN connections, IPsec VPN and SSL VPN

• Providing Technical Support for phones and email requisitions from staffs and being implemented on priority basis.
• Assisting in troubleshooting of Microsoft windows/ MAC software/ hardware issues and installation of various
operating system/ applications.
• Documentation, tracking, and monitoring of the logged IT service calls and response timely response.
