This is a private project development includes various buildings such as Palace, Majlis, Gym building, Horse Stable, Mosque, Substations, Service buildings including Earthworks and Landscaping. Involved in the pre-contract and post contract administration of the Phase-1, phase 2A and Phase 2B projects. Post contract administration including evaluation of quotations for finalization of materials and subcontract price in cost plus contract, assessing variations, monitoring the budget, finalizing final account for the Contracts. Involved in the procurement of Phase 2A (Gym and Horse stable buildings) and Phase 2B (Design & Construction of Palace, Landscape works, Facility Management) Contractors and Consultants including prequalifying, tendering, bid evaluation and preparing contract documents.

Responsible for all commercial and contractual activities including preparing contractual correspondences.
