As project manager / Senior developer I was doing the task as blow
Managing, Panning, Controlling, Monitoring, Guiding and Developing a Corporate e-commerce business portal and Mobile apps

The purpose of the project was
The application will allow the special talented people to register with their profile. And those registered special talented users must be install the mobile apps on their mobile devises. So that while doing the search the system will return the proper location of the mobile device… so that the user can get the proper result about the nearest people.
This is an advanced event portal with e-commerce concept. There are several types of internal users with different level of access in order to manage the application such as finance, marketing, sales, etc.
For the external users we have mainly two types which is owner and customer..
Owner : this application will provide the owner type users to have their own sub domain with e-commerce functionality after registering the site. the owner user can upload their products and venues with having booking and purchasing ecommerce services… the owner user has their own dashboard to manage their business like add products/venues, add promotion/offer, manage orders, manage invoice, reports, etc.. the owner user access level will be defined through membership
Customer : The customer can use the planning and budget tools to plan the event by very attractive and cost effectively. The customer has their own dashboard to manage their events, shopping, wish list items, etc…
As an IT Consultant I was doing the following activities:
• Meeting with clients to determine requirements;
• Working with clients to define the scope of a project;
• Planning timescales and the resources needed;
• Clarifying a client's system specifications, understanding their work practices and the nature of their business;
• Travelling to customer sites;
• Liaising with staff at all levels of a client organization;
• Defining software, hardware and network requirements;
• Analyzing IT requirements within companies and giving independent and objective advice on the use of IT;
• Developing agreed solutions and implementing new systems;
• Presenting solutions in written or oral reports;

Study, Plan, Task assigned designed the Corporate dynamic business portal. The web application done by node js and mobile application developed by Ionic. We have used the mogo db for the data storage. We have developed IOS and android apps with fully functioned GPS tracking system.
The purpose of the project was finding the nearest special talented people based on the google geo location service. And enable chat functionality (like whatsapp) among the users. The users can find the nearest special talented person for their needs and share their location with them through mobile apps. So that by the help of Google direction the users can find their requested destination will be find easily.
