Duties & Responsibilities
▪Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international accounting standards.
▪Develop and manage budgets, as well as provide financial forecasts and variance analysis to support decision-making.
▪Prepared and presented timely and accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
▪Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
▪Maintain the general ledger, reconcile accounts, and oversee the chart of accounts for financial accuracy.
▪Prepared required shipping documents and coordinated deliveries with vendors.
▪Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely processing and collections.
▪Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial performance.
▪Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and manage liquidity for day to-day Operations.
