•Conduct regular inspections of company facilities and equipment, identifying and addressing
potential hazards to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
•Co-ordinating with 3rd Party Fire & Safety maintenance contractor for inspection & AMC
renewal, Supporting admin in coordination of Civil Defense approval, Inspection in facility for
License renewal.
•Reporting any non-conformance to Higher authorities and assisting QHSE Manager to
conclude the Root Cause Analysis & Corrective actions on Jobs.
•Raising PR in system and follow-up for all QHSE related procurement.
•Coordinating in-house calibration activities in workshop, Arranging and Monitoring 3rd party
Training, Inspection for all Lifting gears, Overhead cranes, forklifts, Lorry loader, etc.
•Maintain all required compliance documentation, conducts all required safety compliance
training, and assures implementation of and compliance.
•Coordinate & facilitate Group-HSE for planned internal audits, third party/Client
(prequalification/ Certification body) planned audits.
•ISO 45001, 14000, 9001 Documentation and preparation.
•Drive compliance with internal policies, procedures, and plans as well as applicable external
HSSE regulatory programs.
•Support BU leaders/facility managers/project managers to establish annual site performance
goals and objectives.
•Pre- Qualification documentation & Coordination with clients.
•Leading QHSE team in performing the day today activities in Workshop and providing technical
assistance on Site.
Recommends and advises supervisory personnel on general safety matters, prepares reports of
all inspections to document conditions found and corrective action recommended, Weekly,
provides training as required; Assists in conducting safety meetings, first aid and Instruction.
•Communicate with Client Engineers and project managers on proper procedures and scope of
work
•Resolve QHSE issues at a site level, recording issues for future learning/trends, and raise major
issues for greater awareness and resolution at higher levels if required.

Responsible and ensures full supervision on operational and maintenance activities with safe and efficient execution of job.
Assist Process Shutdown Operator.
Understand and implement Safety Policy and procedures in Shutdown preparations.
Familiar with drawings and shutdown procedures.
Prepare shutdown procedures as require.
Ensure contractor safety management during the shutdown activities.
Provide necessary training to the workers on and off site and consider how risks could be reduced.
Conduct Fire Drill, Procure, inspect and arrange to maintain Fire Extinguishers.
Undertake daily inspection tours in area of responsibility to ensure implementation of, and adherence to, the procedures set out in the HSE Site Plan,
Take necessary action to rectify breaches of procedures or newly identified hazards, to ensure safe working conditions.
Complete daily activity reports, bringing to attention actions taken on identified matters of concern and issues requiring resolution by higher authority.
