• Coordinate and conduct all kinds of trainings and awareness programs to make safety culture among employees.
• Execution of standard safety on site as per company policy and procedure.
• Responsible to instruct & assign safety personnel at location depends of work circumstances.
• Authorized to approve the work permits based on the request.
• Preparation and review of activity related JSA.
• Monitoring the inspection of Equipments, Tools and Safety related gadgets at regular interval.
• Prepare all kinds of reports and letters to Management as well as Client.
• Maintain Safety related records and its filings.
• Monitor the work activities by round up all locations and give instruction to team members timely.
• Monitor the Clinic function and ensure the facilities are in good.
• Maintain the PPE store and make and responsible to request new materials.
• Coordinate safety related inspections and actions based on the report.
• Responsible for the safe execution of LOTO system.
• Comply safety standards as per the client’s requirement.
• Conduct safety meeting; discuss site safety related topics, issues and also finding the solutions for the better output.
• Ensuring environment and employee welfare facilities and its quality.
• Ensure all company personnel and sub contractor employees adhere to company’s policy loss prevention and safe working practices.
• Review health and safety plan, develop risk assessment for the activities in the project.
• To conduct weekly inspection of equipments, machineries, working platforms, lifting equipments and its accessories with records.
• Implementation and review of emergency response plan.
• Ensuring safety preparation for the task based on the risk analysis and work method statements submitted by the individual vendor
• Training to vendor’s safety team for the effective induction training and specific trade trainings time to time.
• Motivating working team to meet HSE compliance through distributing certificate, prizes, money and other trophies. And also conducting sports, quiz, and other competitions among workers to identify for the individuals.
• Penalizing the violators based on their repetitive violations.
• Conducting safety committee meeting with all vendors and their workers representative to discuss site safety issues.
• Ensuring welfare facilities at site like Drinking water, toilets, rest room etc.
• Develop site safety plan, risk assessment for the activities in the project.
• Plan and design emergency evacuation plan, fire escape route in case of fire.
• Schedule daily job site monitoring to identify hazards, unsafe practices and procedures during the execution of the project.
• Conduct site safety orientation and induction for any new personnel at site.
• Weekly safety toolbox talk conducted to make safety awareness among them.
• Safety violations noted and discussed for corrective action.
• Daily monitoring activities of workers and co-ordinate with foreman to ensure housekeeping done on daily basis.
• Safety inspections related to scaffold, work equipment, excavation, heavy lifting equipments conducted periodically. Noted points are brought to notice of management for its corrective action.
• Conduct investigations of accidents, incident and near misses. Implement rapid and effective corrective action programs to eliminate work place risk and prevent re occurrence of accidents.
• Maintain safety documentation and monthly report for management, client and contractors.
• Inspect fire fighting equipments, conduct fire fighting demonstration to workers using portable fire extinguishers.
