 Reporting to Manager - Accounts & Finance
 Preparation of pay roll, leave salary & final settlement
 WPS management
 Presenting report to management for outstanding payment for collecting debts and payment for suppliers
 Liaising with Bank
 Cheque preparation with payment vouchers for all payments
 Accruing monthly entries for expenses
 Providing administrative support
 Scrutinize Debtors & Creditors and their Reco
 Bank Reco
 Collection meeting with Sales Team
 Inter Unit Receivable and Payable
 Petty Cash
 Balance Sheet Schedule
 Day to Day management of accounts and reporting - Sun System Accounting.
 Preparing Application for Letter Of Credit, Amendment, Application for Bank Guarantee.
 Follow Up with Bank for the Status of the Application Submitted.
 Preparing Cash Flow
 Forecasting fund Inflow and out flow
 Preparing monthly reports like MIS Reports
 Preparation of Budgets.
 Liasing with external auditor during auditing.
 Credit Control.
 Regular follow up with customers for collection
 Making monthly collection plan.
 Regularly visiting defaulting customers for payment updates.
