Verify electronic components by carrying out tests using laboratory instruments, including oscilloscopes, multi meters, testing soft wares, etc.
•Write clear and concise test and component verification reports based on laboratory measurements.
•Assist the production department in troubleshooting and training for new electronic circuits in the early production phase.
•Optimizing circuit connections from existing design maps.
•Running 79 types of tests to diagnose the faults and pointing out the error test number.
•Identifying the error by using test number, with the help of records.
•Test number indicates different type of errors and tests of different components.
•Re-installing test soft wares occasionally (Faulty boards makes changes in testing soft wares).
•Perform corrective actions to address identified measurement problems.
•Evaluate and troubleshoot the root cause of defective instrument equipment.
•Analyze and provide solutions to product abnormalities.
•Perform electrical system integration, troubleshooting, testing, commissioning and soldering.
•Provide fault diagnostics and troubleshooting faulty cards return by exchanges.
•Finding and verifying alternate components and optimizing component values in boards.
•Recording all the type of card details and replacing new cards to the exchanges if repair is not possible.
•Extracting and Decrypting NPR data and Recording data details by State and District wise.
•Assembling and testing of ITI MiniPC- SMAASH
•OS (windows 10) installation and activation.
•Operation and Maintenance of EXCELLON CNC DRILLING machine.
•Operation and Maintenance of machines involved in PCB manufacturing like Sawing machine, De-burring machine, Film stripping machine, Etching line, UV exposing machine etc.
•Associated with step by step PCB Manufacturing process.
Responsible for monitoring and maintaining the AIDC solutions like RFID smart ID card solutions & ID card Printers, Barcode Printer & Consumable, Access Control Devices & EAS.
•Diagnosing hardware/software faults and solving technical problems, either over the phone or online by using remote desktop connection or face to face.
•Ensure timely and accurate installation.
•Ensure successful installation and commissioning of the system within the time specified.
•Receive installation certificate from customers after installation is complete.
•Manage repairs and field service.
•Receive repair request/ complaint from the customer/ sales team.
•Forward the request to service head who will analyze the repair request and check if it is still in warranty period.
•Follow up on repairs and Ensure collection follow up for payments due from customers.
•Ensure customer satisfaction- Installation certificates, Performance letters, and Customer feedback.
•Providing relevant performance data as and when required by seniors.
•Perform general office duties and administrative tasks.
•Preparing purchase order for vendors, quotation for clients, invoice in form 8 and form 8B (including service bills)
•Prepare weekly confidential sales reports for presentation to management.
•Manage the internal and external mail functions.
