• Remote Support using Daemware for various troubleshooting both pc and applications.
• Remote Support for users working outside the office for both Citrix & VPN
• Citrix Director Troubleshooting for users profiles and shadowing
• Exchange Server 2013 - 2nd line Tasks, mailbox permissions, calendar permissions, track and
traces, shared mailbox creations, email aliases modifications, mailbox moves as per the user
regions moves.
• Creation of user accounts, mail accounts, profile configuration and desk setups
• Cisco telephone user profiles and phone profiles for the new joiners
• Cisco Voicemail accounts linking to the phone profiles
• Mimecast track and trace, releasing of held emails
• Assyst ticket monitoring system logging tickets, follow-ups and re assigning tickets to next
level for the support according to each region.
• Windows Active Directory Management and Group Policy Management.
• SSCM : - Building Desktops and Laptops using SSCM.
• Configuring, Sharing and Security Permissions for Files and Folders.
• User profile creation, UEV removal & Outlook profiles Troubleshooting.
• Monitoring of Network & Infrastructure using Solar winds & SCOM Alerts, reporting and follow-
up with concerned teams for the troubleshooting.
• Commvault Data backup Tapes removal and Replacement.
• ILO Management for checking the Server Health Monitoring and reporting back to the
concerned departments if any issues found.
• Enterprise Vault - Archiving emails access permissions.
• Print Server Management Configuration, Adding & Removal of New Printers
• Raising RFC’s with Change management team for the Upgrades & Removals
• Coordination with all the IT departments according to the issues noticing and solving (Core
Infrastructure, Voice & Networks, DBA Teams)
• Bulk Copying Data to the File Server according to the requirements.
• Intella Case management File Forensics Searching, Account Setup.
• Filesite Troubleshooting.
• Coordination with all local Vendors (Including the ISP Vendors (Etisalat, Ooredoo, Mobily)
according to the issues for both Internet and Telephones.
• Managing the Assets using Lansweeper software.
• Working Closely with Project Manager according to the Project Release and Testing with
Pilot users before the live.
• Coordination with IT security Team for IT Security related issues.
• Mobile accounts configurations & Troubleshooting using MobileIron.
• Vasco Accounts & Digi pass setup for Citrix
• Big Hand Account creation, Setup user accounts and assigning to the secretaries.
• Troubleshooting Intapp Open & Time for the Time Recording system.
