AFI is having 14 branches in The Kingdom, All around GCC & in USA .



Inquiries receiving from branches, collecting offers from
different suppliers - local and international, submitting offers to the
branches, follow-up of inquiries, Handling of different currencies quotations and
giving sales order confirmations to branches in Saudi riyals, arranging &
forwarding the order to suppliers, follow-up of orders, follow-up with logistic
department for the shipping status, delivery follow-up with warehouse, giving
status & reports to the branches in time to time, arranging special shipments to
the branches as per their requirement, follow-up of direct shipments to branches
like DHL, air & sea freight etc awareness of AFI quality procedures.
Reporting directly to Commercial Director
Also took part in annual Inventory every year.
