candidates, covering areas such as education, residential history, social
media presence, work experience, pay scale and other details.
● Conducting secondary research on companies and executive profiles to
gather relevant information for verification purposes.
● Collaborating closely with the Human Resources team and line
managers to facilitate employment and reference verification processes.
● Notifying stakeholders promptly in the event of any red flags identified
during the verification process.
● Addressing client inquiries related to background verification in a timely
and professional manner.
● Communicating effectively with the Team Lead regarding any cases
requiring special attention.
● Generating monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and
providing daily updates on verification progress to the Team Lead.
