SA-8000 (Social Accountabilty - 8000) & ISO 9001 - 2008
Roles & Responsibility :.
•Conducting (Social compliance, ) internal Audit in the production unit as per compliance requirement for different buyers e.g GAP, Monsoon, Chicos, Tommy Hilfiger, Esprit, Nordstorm, Lucky Brand, Zara, Joe Fresh, J.C Penny, French Connection.
•The internal audit is conducted in entire group on these attributes :
a. Health & Safety compliance
b. Labour compliance
c. Legal documents
d. Environmental Compliance
e. Security compliance (Personal Security, Physical Security, Physical Access control, Container/Covered Van/Truck security, Procedural security, Information technology security) .
f. SA-8000 ( Child Labour, Freedom of Association, Health & Safety, Remuneration, e.t.c)
g.ISO 9001-2008 ( Quality Management system, Mangement Responsibility, Resource Management, Product Realization, Measurement analysis and improvement)
•Preparing the corrective action plan of internal audit and send it to concern person in the respective units
for correcting the findings in the internal audit report as streamline mention in the report.
•Preparing corrective action plan once Audit is completed from Buyer’s auditor with correcting the issues as per the target date mention in the report .
•Preparing and updates profiles for various buyers SMETA, GAP, Monsoon, Chicos, Tommy Hilfiger, Esprit, Nordstorm, Lucky Brand, Zara Joe Fresh, J.C Penny, French Connection.
•Updating conflict minerals or due diligence for buyers GAP, Nordstorm e.t.c
•Conducting Internal Audit for subcontractors (Adda Work, Hand Work) and giving them training to adopt their work as per requirement from buyers .
•Conducting the compliance meeting with concern person handling compliance in their respective units so as to improve the working condition and make the unit as per compliance .

Recruitments & selection: Screening resumes from Job portals and short list the candidates conduct interview
and send the selected candidates to different clients as per their requirements.
