As cost esimator have to price against the BOQ and cross check with the quantity which issed along with ITB/RFP documents, Send Inquries and follow up with subcontracors which involved in the bidding Job.Prepration and completion of comercial as well as technical documents according to the ITB document in Timly Manner
Plan and schedule job to meet the monthly targets in the shop floor as well as managing materials in the shop floor as per the CMS(CB&I) / ASME procedure, also coordinate and control the production of PAINTING SHOP to achieve the production by keeping the project specification requirements. Pipe Fabrication completed during this period - HAL Project for ARAMCO; KNPC/PETROFAC; LACC project for CBI EPC
Activities: Site coordination of A/G and U/G piping for the project, installation of supports and piping system as per approved IFC drawing, HOT and COLD tapping tie-in for the installed lines, installation and commissioning of sales gas metering skid, hydro-testing and Chemical/Steam Blowing of installed line, And check and verify the DFT are applied over the lines to be commissioned and did the paint application are correct or not, and clearing final punch list
Project: COGENERATION INTERCONNECTION FACILITIES in SAUDI ARAMCO, Abqaiq, \{Clint- Southern Area Project Department ARAMCO SAUDI\}
Activities: Fabrication in-charge and checking of spools with the Clint and preparation of the production as well as progress report, scheduling and planning daily activities, erection of fabricated spools in the erected supports as per approved P&ID and Isometric drawing
