As an Architect was responsible for baseline studies of all activities involved in the complex-like details of various
practice courts, fields, velodrome, etc Beside all the study work, Preparation technical drawings with detailing and.
Site development was involved in my scope of work.

• EWS Housing apartments at Mohali
A program of providing houses to over 7200 Economically Weaker Sections families in the command area of
Greater Mohali Area Development Authority. The scope of work was to get the design approved by Gmada and after approval the technical drawings were to be made.

• Redevelopment of Leisure Valley, Chandigarh

The site of 3 acres comprises of residence block, health block, servants block, gazebo and swimming pool. The site
was developed in Victorian style. The responsibilities included preparation and monitoring of architectural and interiors drawings.

• Residence for Mr.Vikas Jain, Panchkula
The 13, 500 sq ft house in a Chandigarh suburb is high on the luxury quotient. The client (Owner of Emerge Stores in North India) wanted a house that would be grand and stylish, and would attract attention with its impressive
décor.

The primary responsibility in the project was to make presentation and working drawings for all interior works. In
addition furniture designing was also involved.
