Marketing of Company’s printing and packaging services.
- Making new clients and handling their enquiries.
- Making and sending Quotations and processing all the documents leading to closing the deal.
- Maintaining long-term customer relationships and regular follow ups with clients regarding their upcoming
requirements.
- Giving better suggestions to the clients regarding the type of marketing too required for their business/services.
- Meetings with clients and introducing our print production services with relevant samples.
Responsible for the sale of Color lines printing solutions to primary decision makers focusing within end users and
advertising agencies, whilst building and maintaining long-term customer relationships and using company defined
sales processes & tools.
- Maintaining the company’s value proposition to customers by constantly optimizing the link between the customer's
operational and business objectives, needs and requirements and the company solutions in order to provide a total
value solution and competitive advantage.
- Seeking out, qualifying and closing, large & more complex new sales opportunities, with a specific focus on new
business growth.
- Creating competitive, high quality and timely estimates, bids, proposals, and cost/benefit analysis. Ensuring that new
proposals and bids are compliant with company standards & expectations prior to customer presentation. Holding
final negotiations on value and impact to the customer’s business in order to close the sale.
- Responsible for optimizing terms & conditions that impact Accounts Receivable and assuring full compliance with
company’s financial standards.
- Providing sales and administrative support involving efficient and confidential handling of data.
- Serving as an important link between company and the client.
- Undertaking all-round administrative responsibilities, including sales order processing and all salesrelated paperwork.
- Tracking process from order to delivery to ensure that all procedures are undertaken within the estimated time frames
and informing the client at each step of the way.
- A good understanding of incoterms and logistics shipping goods from point to point. ➢ Checking dispatch
documentation and dealing with customer enquiries.
Coordination between EXIM operations and sales departments at the Head office.
- Collaboration between Head office and Branch offices to provide necessary support for pricing, agreements, gaining
status of sales development, etc.
- Synchronization with the product managers across India for smooth processing of transactions.
- Providing back-office support to product managers.
- Organization and documentation of sales records in respective divisions.
- Import Documentation: preparation, organization and dispatch of all Import documents.
- Preparing High Sea Sales Agreements.
- Billing and generating sales invoices.
- Preparing authorization letters for the product managers and customers.
- Managing the Bill of Entries from respective product managers in a timely manner for deposition
