Serve as the Program Administrator for the Writing Program, assuming responsibility for all administrative and operational needs.
•Assist with the recruitment of faculty and instructors, organize candidate interviews, coordinate candidate visits and compile candidate itineraries.
•Facilitate the onboarding process for new faculty and instructors.

•Provide general support including calendar management, file management, travel bookings, meeting bookings, and program-wide correspondence.
Structured and implemented programs and policies in the areas of training, compensation structures, benefits packages, incentives and new-employee orientation.
•Developed HRIS to help scale up the business and put processes in place in a start up scenario
