Recruitment across various levels from Test Engineers to Test Managers.
•Preliminary telephone screening of candidates through cold calling to match pay, skill sets, background, relevance of experience and work profile
•Scheduling interviews with all channels considering availability of Technical panels. Coordination with Onsite Managers for the Technical interviews via Telephone or Skype
•Creating and maintaining MIS Report to initiate weekly status providing detailed status updates.

Vendor Management:
