-Project management for Consumer Segment “Prepaid & Postpaid” and CVM accounts in Vodafone
-Defining a project’s scope, analyzing the business requirements, and delivering a Project Scope Document (PSD)
-Validate and confirm the requirements do-ability from the technical side
-Working closely with technical teams along with my technical background, which allows to judge the project do-ability and set a high level design
-Aligning the delivery teams with the business requirements during project phases
-Helping commercial teams by proposing new ideas for them during assessment phases
-Involved in the testing phase to ensure that the user requirements are met
-Getting different business stakeholders approvals that all the requirements are listed, and get a confirmation from the technical side on the requirements do-ability
-Managing CVM projects life-cycle from technology side starting from kick-off meetings till finalizing the UAT and post launch support
-Own the communication channels between the Marketing and Business Departments and the Technology Departments
-Minimizing the gap of expectations between the business users and technical teams
-Presentations are done on a weekly/bi-weekly basis for top management showing the statuses of all running projects
-Dealing with top executive managerial levels on a daily basis, to fully ensure that the constantly changing and dynamic commercial needs are met by technical solutions, in order to always be ahead of the competition when it comes to promotions and offerings
Project Management for digital channels of Vodafone Egypt, including following roles:
-Manage projects of 10-resources team for web and UI development (assign projects, time management, task management, evaluation and planning) using Agile methodologies and tools (Jira)
-Interfacing with business (customer) to gather and analyze requirements then transform them into technical ones
-Work with functional requirement, design and system architecture documents
-Analyzing, designing and implementing new services. tariffs, promotions and solutions introduced by Vodafone Egypt on its digital channels
-Interface with other teams and channels (TIBCO-middle ware, Charging, Billing, Business Intelligence and architecture) to create best user experience, design and data flow for the projects
-Technical do-ability analysis, time estimation and project plan formulation
Working with quality assurance teams in their tasks by providing needed use cases and support in bugs fixing to ensure high quality
-Trouble shooting and production environment issues resolution management
Gathering customer feedback after projects launch and improve the process accordingly
Handling Digital Channels change requests, working with BMC Remedy tool
-Manage system upgrades and migration planning and implementation
-Interface with customer from in/outside Egypt to gather and analyze requirements
- Design, develop and unit-testing web and mobile applications using Java EE frameworks, Android and hybrid mobile technologies all with Agile process for Orange operators in different countries like Congo, France, Jordan and Egypt.
- Initiate sequence, class and use case diagrams and wireframes (HTML design)
- Design/analyze application architecture and technology stacks
-Applying TDD and BDD principles in development
