Working as a customer service beside admin work witch is something added a lot to my experience.
Handling customers inquiries and complaints via email and phone
dealing with logistics
completing sales orders and supporting in sales
Handle customers complains in a professional way
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Study our Products and prepare a report about the quality and their ability to compete and meet the needs of the market
Develop annual Sales plan to achieve the target
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
Use telephones to reach out to customers and verify account information.
Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
Cancel or upgrade accounts.
Inform customer of deals and promotions.
Close out or open call records.
Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction..
Handle changes in policies or renewals
Act as the company gatekeeper.
Suggest solutions when there is any problem about a product
Handle product recalls.
Teach Social Studies courses to students .
Participate in on-going planning development and evaluation of curriculum.
Use a variety of instructional strategies to provide equity and excellence to students of all ability levels.
History Department and i have been working as a teacher assistant for one year after graduation .
I had a training at school to learn how to teach the student
