Proposal and orders phase:
Handling customer’s need starting from receiving the request, proposing the technical and commercial offers, interacting with clarifications, commercial negotiations, awarding, manufacturing, inspection till shipping and delivery.
Follow Up phase:
Periodic follow up to check offers status, and customers’ requirements. Responsible for monthly reports for on-going jobs (quotation/proposals, orders; invoiced and on hand).
Projects business:
Manage project processing based on project schedule, contract requirements and production capacity. Prepare project documentation according to the contract requirements. Handling shipments based on the terms and conditions, and shipping instructions of the awarded project. Manage projects inspection. Follow up and spread projects announcements.
Electrical Temperature Measurement Product Manger
Provide sales team with all technical information which is mandatory to help them sell WIKA’s products.
Assist Products forecast and monitoring figures of ETM to ensure being within the budget.

Was responsible person to register in petroleum companies, Preparing the required documents and set a business meeting if needed.

o using AutoCAD to design a control and power; outlet and dimensional drawings
