Responsible for establishing and maintaining high sanitation standard in all food preparation area.
Responsible for guiding the all subaltern’s staff and in the performance of their jobs in accordance to Company policies and procedure.
Monitors chemical used and abuse.
Identifies and solves problems in a timely manner.
Prepare and submits all reports required from food preparation department, as dictated by Reporting system.
Implement yearly training plan.
Implement procedure to Control and keep record of all breakages.
Establishes and implements all Food Hygiene policies and procedures in the all the kitchen, store and Dish washing area.
Conduct day to day training in the stewarding department.
Knowledgeable on First aid, safety and security procedure affecting the food and beverage department.
In charge of assisting in training of all stewarding duties.
Controlling stocks for daily use in the department.
Support the company’s green team initiative
Operate the pot wash when required.
Clear away bins and dispose of garbage.
Report all breakage.
Report any fault and repairs needed to the immediate supervisor immediately.
Adhere to the dress, appearance and conduct codes established by the hotel.
Store away equipment in their appropriate places
