Preparation and Implementation of Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plans and Method Statements.
Supervise the site laboratory and coordinate for all on site and offsite material testing and third party inspections.
Supervise the team of QA/QC Engineers/ inspectors.
Inspection of all materials received at site to check the compliance with specifications.
Subcontractor and vendor assessment to check compliance with quality requirements
Provide training to staff and supervisory staff.

Preparation of daily weekly and monthly quality reports
Preparation of Method Statements, Checking conformance of Material and Subcontractor approval submittals, Submission of Material and Subcontractor submittals, Preparation of monthly, weekly and daily QA/QC reports, overall assistance to the QA/QC Manager, Informing the management about the nonconformities and initiate corrective and preventive actions and coordinating site inspections. Conducting site Inspections for Civil structures, steel structures, finishing works and important works for infrastructure and services
• Carry out all inspections at site (Civil, Structural and Material)
• Overall responsibility and coordination of QA/QC matter with consultant and client.
• Implementing quality control through Method Statements, Material Submittals, Inspection and test Plans (ITP), issuance of CAR’s, IAR’s and NCR’s and the close out of the same.
• Coordinating QC activities for civil works such as testing Laboratories, organizing tests at independent laboratories and other site oriented tests.
• Development of Quality records and documentations.
• Material receipt inspections, storage, handling, material issuance and site coordination.
• Ensuring that codes and standards are implemented and followed as required by specification and drawings.
