Responsibilities
Providing ongoing service, repair and maintenance of varied CCTV systems and AFC systems in Dubai Metro stations and car parks.
Performing preventive maintenance activities for CCTV systems and AFC systems as per the client requirement.
Installation of softwares for AFC systems.
Testing of Contact less Smart Card Readers on AFC Systems.
Testing of Bank note acceptor in Ticket Vending Machines.
Testing of Coin Acceptor in Ticket Vending Machines.
Onsite and remote testing of Network Video Recorder (NVR), Storage Expansion Box media convertors and CCTV cameras
Maintaining all paperwork and documentation up-to-date and communicating appropriately with the Department
Sending reports regarding the fault details and spares stock.
Installing Software updates for AFC system
