Working as a Project Manager on disaster recovery site building based on network infrastructure management for IBM.
• Projects are high profile, technically challenging projects; that is require infrastructure upgrades
including installation of cable plants, equipment cabinets, switches and some firewalls in multiple floors, buildings, and data-centers.
• Responsible for managing multiple network projects by ensuring and maintaining organizational quality standards.
• Responsibility includes overall planning and execution of the project which involves defining project scope, project plan and preparing schedules, resource estimates, status updates, project communication and ensuring project completion within agreed time frame.
