Responsibilities
Provide necessary leadership and motivation to the field staff to drive volume through the distribution network.
Achieve the set levels of quarterly volume budgets. Monitor and follow up the coverage, set distribution frequencies and day target.
Control indirect expenses within the approved budgets. Monitor and evaluate the performances of sales force, depots and distributor staff. ROI management and POSM execution.
Recruitment of field staff and distributors in order to get required service. Ensure all field staff understand and provide level of service as per company standards.
Establish and follow up KPI performance.
Provide regular reports to the sales director covering the trade improvements and competitive developments.
