The current role is responsible to procure Services/materials needed for the maintenance & upkeep of Nakheel’s assets in various Communities through established Tender Procedures and Company Policies.
The responsibilities include procurement of various services:
Facility management, cleaning- internal and external, Elevator maintenance, Firefighting systems maintenance, car washing, Maintenance of Signages, Roads, Bridges, footpath, Traffic Signals, External MEP utilities, Swimming pools, water features, all other MEP and Civil maintenance works. Supply of Cleaners, Security Guards, CCTV, Advertisement materials and signs, indoor out door plants, uniforms, gift items, furniture, interior fitouts, vending machines, LED Lights, IT services etc. Furniture, Fixture and Equipment (FF&E) supply, such as Supply & Installation of Mini Bars, Safe Boxes, TV & Wall Brackets, Gym Equipment, decorative lightings, Beds mattress, Artworks, Case goods, Outdoor furniture of all hotel projects.
Providing assistance in preparing Tender Documents.
• Providing assistance in preparing Contract Documents.
• Assisting in preparation of Monthly Financial Report.
• Preparing and categorizing RFAs (Request for Approval) with quantity for Valuations.
• Maintaining claims log, variation orders, Engineer’s instruction etc.
