• Developing financial strategy, hospital policies and procedures and risk register highlighting probability of risk and actions to mitigate those risks.
• Carrying out high-level financial reporting, budgeting and details analysis for decision making.
• Ensuring effective cash flow and working capital management

• Prepare monthly financial statements in accordance with the approved accounting standards.
• Conducting periodic analysis of income statement including detailed analysis of OPEX.
• Perform periodic analysis on balance sheet to evaluate the liquidity, solvency and overall financial position of the company.
• Analyzing vendor / customer aging report and responsible for conducting reconciliation of related party transactions/balances.
• Coordinating with auditors for smooth execution of audit.

• Recording financial transactions in ERP.
• Providing financial information to management by compiling and presenting reports, budgets, business plans and financial statements
• Responsible for the risk analysis and financial forecast for the upcoming period.
• Involved in the finalization of Audit for the year 2019 and 2020 and identified records which were not in compliance with the accounting standards to the management.
• Involved in the intercompany reconciliation, receivable, supplier, and bank reconciliation.
• Maintaining accounting controls by designing and implementing policies and procedures.
• Responsible for monthly validation and submission of tax returns.
• Review and process monthly WPS for staff salaries.

• Ensuring sales invoice generated for projects is based on the services provided by verifying the reports generated by the operation department.
• Verifying the payment to the vendors and ensuring that all supporting documents are attached before presenting them to the audit department.
• Liaise with bank on a day-to-day basis for arranging short- and long-term finances, letter of credit and bank guarantees.
• Reviewing of bank reconciliation statement prepared by senior accountants.
• Authorizing all the transactions being entered into ERP and ensure that all month end provisions/ accrual have been recorded in ERP.
• Ensuring that all the balance sheet reconciliation has been performed in a timely and accurate fashion.
• Ensure payroll and EOS being calculated and accounted for in a timely and accurate manner.
• Preparation of monthly income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement.
• Ensure that the VAT report is submitted on time.
• Ensure that working capital is managed efficiently with specific control on receivables, advances and credit management.

• Preparing monthly reports which include cash flow analysis, receivable, revenue and profit analysis.
• Maintain customer and receivables accounts and ensure timely collection, recording and follow up.
• Responsible for bank reconciliation, managing and monitoring working capital by issuing payments according to suppliers aging report.
• Support month-end close cycle through general ledger reconciliations and associated prepaid / accruals.
• Preparation of statement of comprehensive income, balance sheets and cash-flow statements with comparisons against the budget and explanation of major variances.

• Managing account receivable, payable and related adjusting entries.
• Coordinating with the bank, performing bank reconciliation and other related tasks.
• Ongoing monitoring of working capital management.
• Submitting weekly and monthly cash flow reports.
• Assisting in preparation of monthly budgets, forecasts and other financial analysis reports.
• Verifying discount being given to the customer and confirming that limits assigned to each customer.

• Responsible for planning, execution and completion stage of audit and reporting of significant issues to management which were not in compliance with IFRS.
• Involved in the audit assignment of following major clients: BSL(Pvt) limited, Allied Engineering Siddiq Sons (Pvt) limited
