PLANNING AND SCHEDULING:
• Development of Project control procedures based on best international practices and Standards like AACE & PMI.
• Facilitates development of the work breakdown structure. Develop Review & approval of Contract baseline, Recovery & Revised Schedule.
• Liaise with project teams to ensure the correct utilization of the project control system based on project requirements and corporate guidelines
• Verifies Schedule critical path and interfaces between Engineering/Procurement /Constriction/Test & Commissioning activities.
• Establish progress measurement system & proactively monitor and forecasts current Project status against an established baseline schedule to detect any delay and initiate necessary corrective action to bring project on track.
• Prepare & submit weekly/monthly progress reports and quarterly Executive reports to in-house management and to client/consultant.
• Implements and maintain Earned Value Management System. And prepares cash flow, Progress S-carve, histograms & look ahead Reports.
• Record and facilitate change management process. Perform delay analysis and negotiate extension of time (EOT) & cost claims.
• Supervise/review the sub-contractor schedule to match and integrate with master project schedule.
• Facilitate monthly project review meetings with internal team and client to analyze the progress & formulate an approach for timely execution of project deliverables & record MOM
• Ensure timely delivery of project deliverables by coordination with various internal team/consultant & Clients.
• Prepare As-build Schedule /submit the project closure report to customer and internal management.

COST CONTROL MANAGEMENT:
• Develop cost breakdown structures (CBS), work package (WP) and cost codes for project execution.
• Prepare Project Budget, update actuals, and estimate to complete (ETC) as well as EAC on monthly basis and highlight project P&L.
• Prepare project efficiency report to analyze the overall efficiency of projects.
• Prepare monthly project invoice (revenue claim) & co-ordinate for approval & payment receipt from client.
• Review and validate the sub-contractor billing schedule and certify the monthly invoices claimed.
• Prepare/present monthly project revenue status to management- project cash flow, receivables from client and feasible revenue generation to meet the quarterly financial targets.
• Prepare management information systems (MIS), dashboards highlighting physical, financial & constraints of project
• Prepare project “key performance index” (KPI) - SPI, CPI & TCPI to reflect the cost & schedule performance of the project vs. target budget.
• Active involvement in the change management process.


CONTRACT AND COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT:
• Work with Legal department to prepare a consolidated analysis of the contract, highlighting schedule obligations, e.g. guaranteed date(s), interim milestones and project specific insurances, securities and bonds.
• Provide the required contractual support on all aspects of contractual activities covering claims, variations, invoicing and payment certificates
• Proactively manage comprehensive claims documentation and provide detailed evaluation of potential claim impact, to project management.
• Facilitate project hand over process in coordination with Project and operation Manager.
• Coordinate with site team relating to contractual compliance and/or commercial issues and scope related issues.

RISK MANAGEMENT:
