Overall Objective of the Position
- Assisting in the management of MedLabs' regional referral business.
- Representing the company for external inquiries.
- Assisting in the implementation of the annual marketing plan.
Principle Accountabilities
- Addressing all regional referral correspondence related to test requests and follow up on timely delivery of results.
- Monitoring regional market demands with regional Business Development Manager.
- Assisting in the implementation of promotional programs with the Marketing Director to create extra interest in MedLabs services.
- Helping with projects that research market conditions in regional areas to determine potential sales of a service:
*Customers
*Competitors
*Prices
*Sales
*Methods of Marketing and Distribution
*Helping with the writing/ publication of promotional and Continual Medical Education (CME) material, including meeting with marketing companies and printing companies.
- Managing the distribution of promotional material to MedLabs' laboratories, including documentation, stock control and stock issuing.
- Updating and expanding MedLabs' Doctors Database (addresses & contacts).
- Pursuing and managing customer relationships through e-mail and phone contacts (and where applicable visits).
- Having full knowledge of MedLabs Regional Price Lists, Local Price Lists, and any general information that may be required by a caller needing customer service (lab locations, directors, departments etc.).
- Organizing the Regional Business Development department documents, filing and expenses where necessary.
- Assisting Director in organization of specific Marketing activities such as laboratories openings, lectures, staff meetings etc...
Worked in different positions with variety of roles and responsibilities in different sections as medical technologist. Below is a list of the main tasks conducted:
1-Technical Tasks:
Worked as Medical Technologist in the following sections:

- Supervising Computer data entry section
