 Ensures minutes are distributed to members shortly after each meeting
 Arranging senior management conferences and team building events.
 Handling full spectrum of secretarial duties and business support to Chief Executive Officer
 Management CEO appointments with appropriate reminders in order to ensure all meetings are scheduled in an orderly manner allowing the CEO to function effectively.
 Compile and prepare Monthly Management Executive summary, Business Plans and other presentations as required by CEO for Executive Management reporting and for business evaluation.
 Assist in general office administration which includes travel & hotel arrangement.
 Ensure all enquiries / complaints / feedback are attended to promptly, professionally, follow up till eventual closure of case

 Handling the administrative activities at the office.
 Maintains a monthly, weekly and daily log of appointments, meetings, travel plans and events calendar on a timely manner advising the manager of any possible conflicts in scheduling.
