• Managing daily sales and operations of Servcorp Dubai locations Facilities.

• Oversee team sales KPI’s, operations and quality assurance within the ME region.
• Managing team coverage and track individual key KPIs.
• Responsible for team performance management, coordination and development ensuring high quality service.
• Leading continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with location Managers to execute monthly goal for the country on service revenues
• Managing teams to maximize sales revenue and exceed goals
• Preparing Service revenue forecasting quarterly and monthly results
• Helping hire and train new team, conduct regular reviews and enhance customer service
• Prepare detailed service proposals for clients on service demonstrations and consultations.
• Develop training programs and increase knowledge of Servcorp services
• Conduct regular audits and checks to monitor performance of Dubai team.
• Obtain customer feedback by customizing specific questionnaires to improve different functional areas
• develop high quality data findings and build strategies on proposed enhancements
• Identify client issues and implement solutions on improvement whilst increase customer google review.
• Organizing sales visits and demonstrating TNT products
• Establishing new business by cold calling potential customers to sell TNT services
• Maintaining account records and reviewing individual sales performance
• Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
• Negotiating and close deals whilst handling complaints or objections
• Generating sales using a variety of sales techniques
• Researching the targeted market and finding companies that require logistics.
• Building a sales pipeline to ensure a constant stream of sign ups
• Following up with past customers and cross selling products
• Coordinating with Senior Area manager to visit high potential clients
• Investigating and resolving queries from customers
• Negotiating quotes and Tariffs with clients and country customs
