Product Planning and implementation through marketing activities
OPSI (Order Purchase Sales INVENTORY) control for all Middle East & African Region
Promotion proposal and implementation coordinating with sales & partners
Delivery schedule control and negotiation with factory
Price negotiation with partners and factories
Market analysis /reporting weekly and monthly
Product MARKETING STRATEGY set up and implementation
Local production/ODM (Original Designed manufacturer) coordination with brand's factories and local partners
Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organisations
Communicating with target audiences and managing customer relationships
Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press - local, regional, national and specialist publications - or on the radio, depending on the organisation and the campaign
Managing the production of MARKETING materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e-newsletters and DVDs, Writing and proofreading copy
Liaising with designers and printers, Organising photo shoots
Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials
Maintaining and updating customer databases, Sourcing and securing sponsorship
Organising and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
Conducting MARKET research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups
contributing to, and developing, MARKETING plans and strategies
Managing budgets, Evaluating marketing campaigns, Monitoring competitor activity
Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.
Coordinate the design and production of all marketing collateral, including sales brochures, conference brochures, visitor tickets, print advertisements, web banners/emails etc
Manage and co-ordinate all external suppliers including Print, Mailing House, Design and Research
Ensure show websites are fully up to date with latest information
Manage and co-coordinate internal departments such as conference production, telesales, database, web
Identify appropriate media partners and associations and negotiate barter deals to maximize event exposure
Provide any other reporting information as required by show team
Perform any other duties as commensurate with the grade and level of responsibility
Create and implement an integrated marketing strategy for the entire exhibition including exhibitor, conference and visitor campaign in conjunction with Exhibition Director
Set out and monitor entire budget, drop schedule and media plan in conjunction with Exhibition Director
Use the full marketing mix to promote the exhibition and conferences in accordance with the marketing strategy from Exhibitor promotion through to Visitor promotion in conjunction with Exhibition Director
Analysis of previous marketing campaigns and execute targeted selections on internal database system
Set up media deals with external organizations to ensure maximum exposure at lowest cost to show budget
To build strategic database
Manage PR agency in co-ordination with the Exhibition Director
Use new media tools such as social media platforms to create new marketing channels
Copy write and proof all marketing materials
Update and adhere to agreed marketing budget
Producing an ad film project internally involving the below roles:
Client PR / Relationship management
Clients’ management; Bookings and allocation of projects as per the creative brief, assessment of client requirement, suitability and sustenance of projects.
Proposals & delivery of business requirements for retaining clients.
Providing in-house consultancy by offering a mix of designing, development, advertising and marketing.
Recommendations, negotiations & development of final television ad commercials
Core deliverable being “Make it happen” for clients by creating a win-win situation for both clients and organization.
Update / Reviews / Reports
Create and develop monitoring methodology for project tracking.
Maintain MIS for decision making and improvements.
Daily reporting on operational crisis/risks for Studio Head
Monthly/quarterly business reviews held for knowledge sharing, future plans, work on shortcomings etc.
Implementation of assessment techniques to gather client feedback.
People Management (Internal)
Managing & co-ordinating with specialists in multiple fields & departments (Telecine, Computer Graphics, Online - Offline Editing).
Analyzing the potential of artist / talent available in the studio and making the best use of the available resource to meet the on-floor demands.
Driving team to common goal while ensuring individual growth of team members.
Focused attention towards motivation of team members with regular feedback and reinforcements.
• Assist in preparing and implement marketing strategy for the Kodak Digital Camera Brand
• Coordinate new product development programs selected for implementation. Coordinate effectively with all internal and external business partners to ensure smooth and seamless delivery of objectives.
• Work with the management team to prepare a core brand message, marketing strategy and apply these into all aspects of media.
• Assist on managing and generating all technical product information to be applied to all aspects of marketing.
• Assist art team in storyboarding and concepts layouts for core media items (Brochure, ads, websites etc.)
• Work with implementing a strong web presence through Kodak website and
all industry leading blogs, forums and channels.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with various marketing channel owners
Printed Media (Agency dealt with - O&M & Group M Media)
• Assist in regular contact with all major industry magazines to supply any required
promotional material.
• Assist in all aspects of printed media working with the art team and product
department to make material available to the distributors and directly to the media,
this would include:
Brochures and Mini Brochures, Press / Magazine advertising / News Paper Insert & Advertorials, Posters, Photo and product CD’s
Digital media
• Manage and maintain the Kodak Digital Camera website posting new content, monitoring site and prepare daily updates
• Make regular contact with all major industry digital media sources to supply any
required promotional material
• Evaluate and prepare various forms of digital media when required
Responsible for execution of all branding and promotional activities
• Interface with agency on all ATL campaign material development and act as custodian of the worldwide brand guidelines.
• Handle the entire Point of Purchase with regards to production & execution. This covers Retail Branding, Fixtures, Consumer Promotions and Exhibitions across India.
Work with the sales and business teams on all tactical initiatives (Agency dealt - Shakun Advtg, Sunny Advtg& A&R Advtg)
• Development of tactical advertising campaigns - ATL & BTL.
• Manage dealer promotions and incentive schemes.
Assist Country PR during Product Launches (Agency dealt - Sampark)
• Liaise with Event agency on operations and event flow.
• Handle all facets of venue branding to extract maximum mileage.
• PR material production.
Promotional material & Point of Sale
Assist in generating brief and preparing a range of promotional material to offer to the distribution network & ensure timely dispatch of POP material to all the distributors across India.
Team Program
• Assist on all planning and details for photo and video shoots to be used in all aspects of marketing
• Work together with the management team to prepare rider contracts for each financial year
• Review and monitor team rider budget and equipment allowance including arranging equipment for riders where required
Sales Information and product training
• Assist in managing all resources to prepare sales information and product training
such as:
Dealer Manuals & Datasheets, Demonstrations, Distributor Meeting, Trade Shows.
• To be a service support functional to the sales team and provide them with inputs and support with visuals/branding etc.
Marketing and customer services reports
• Assist in preparing quarterly reports to present to the management team, including:
1. An overview of all aspects of marketing and customer services from the preceding
quarter and an overview of plan for the upcoming quarter.
2. A year to date comparison of costs in relation to budget and the preceding year.
3. To prepare a monthly provision sheet of all the expenses for the month and furnish the same info to the marketing head & accounts.

Focused prime clients like Ponds International (HUL), Ponds India (HUL), Ayush (HUL), and Godrej (Real Good Chicken), ICICI Bank (Personal Loan).
Formulated strategies to help the client generate leads and increase the efficiency of the website.
Research & Planning
Core research in the interactive marketing space.
Creation of site-maps as per client briefs and elementary brand research.
Presentation of plan/proposals for business decisions.
Co-ordination
