• Reporting to Commercial Director & Head of Business Development
• Business development/making sales calls/client visit/attending
meetings and presentation
• Selling ranges of services that include Manpower Outsourcing,
Labor Supply, Recruitment, Security Solutions, Cash Collection
Services and Facilities Management
• Send proposals to the clients, get contract signed and maintaining
yearly renewals
• Achieving sales target
• Account Management
• Working with internal teams to develop solutions and satisfy
prospective customer needs
• Contributing to grow market share
• Generating a strong business/sales pipeline
• Cultivating the relationship with direct customers and partners and
ensure business is growing and retaining existing accounts
• Developing a good understanding of the customer needs, product
and vertical market
• Inform Head of Business Development and Commercial Director
about requirement
• Managing the relationship with key customers to deliver ongoing
growth of connections
• After sales operations- make sure and follow up process all
documentations of recruitment (license, Visa & Labor permits) and
deployment
