• Updating transactions in the Yardi Voyager Software, for Asset Management.
• Preparing Leases, invoices and applying receipts for payments, by compiling and analyzing account information. Handling prepayments and accruals accordingly in the system.
• Reconciling accounts on monthly basis and making respective adjustments in the system.
• Generating ledger accounts and statement of accounts for verification.
• Prepare financial reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing account information and trends.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies.

Working in yardi software, in leading semi government firm
Processing Member in the World’s first ’Guarantee Pilot Project’ of a leading bank. Played a major role in processing guarantees for Operations Department. Handled all types of bank guarantees, which includes cancellation of guarantees, making vouchers, refunding margins etc. Project mainly deals with migration of data from PGL system to HFE system. Over 1 million documents were covered in 6 months as a team.
This is a live project which is used by different sections in an Office. It has specific modules for Sales, Accounts etc.ERP provides access to different users, there by maintaining the necessary security. The system makes it easier to maintain all the needed reports, HR-Employee Section, invoices, transactions, Quotations, Sales, and Payroll etc. of an organization.
