Worked as a Head Nurse in Emergency Department were i managed 25 staff under me. I was responsible for new staff development and managing unit activities. Counseling and mentoring. investigating complains and reporting findings to Administrator.
Apart from these i had also worked at bed side as a support system.
7/2006-2010 Aga Khan University Hospital Karachi, Pakistan.
Dedicated 4.5 year of practical experience in 36 bedded Cardiac unit including cardiac step-down unit and respiratory unit as a Senior Registered Nurse.
11/2005—6/2006 Aga Khan University Hospital Karachi, Pakistan.
Worked as a nursing intern for 8 months, practicing policies and procedures in Cardiac and respiratory unit. My experiences enabled me to develop strong skills that prepare me well for the challenges of nursing.
